What can you drink?

The fundamental principle of nutrition, as already mentioned, is to consume all foods only in liquid form. But this does not mean that for 30 days you will only have to drink water and not eat anything. Don't drink only sweet, alcoholic, and carbonated beverages.

All other drinks are allowed. Among them:

Giving up the diet to drink is very slow. If you have been on such a diet for a month, you will have to get used to the usual diet for at least 60 days.
